Modern brick 1 is located in the historical neighborhood of Ellsworth-Romig, Downtown Lafayette, Indiana. With the goal of creating a modern style duplex that includes separate units on 2 floors and the basement, the project seeks to achieve balance between the client’s modern aesthetic and the building’s historical construction.
