The Chile Collective Housing project is a micro low-rise residential initiative planned for an urban center in Chile. Spanning 1,000 square feet across two stories, these dwellings include a carport/storage area, a combined living room and kitchen, as well as a private backyard on the ground floor. The second story features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All components, except the foundation, are pre-designed and prefabricated in a factory, enabling swift assembly at the site within a few weeks. Notably, these structures can be easily disassembled for relocation or refurbishment purposes, offering flexibility and adaptability in their use.
